   Christopher Segar is my name but everyone knows me as the Monkey Man.  I am the owner and operator and have had my business for over 6 years.  I have been in the residential and commercial  construction industry for over 20 years.  

  I pride my self on performing miracles for my clients, since I specialize in some of the oldest buildings in Chicago.  Doing the job right the first time.  Educating my clients about their building and simple maintenance to keep it happy.
